The program makes it easy to save on practically all of your return shipping needs. Simply put, we'll cover your FedEx Ground return shipping charge whenever you need to return an online purchase! Be sure you always review your retailer's return policy to see whether it already offers free return shipping and to find out if your purchase is eligible for a refund.
Simply click on the "Print a Label" tab from the navigation bar, and follow the instructions provided to print out a return shipping label from FedEx Ground. Once you securely fasten your label to your return shipment, just drop it off at any FedEx location; as long as your package complies with FedEx weight and size limitations, your return shipping charge is on us!
With your program benefits, you can return any item to virtually any commercial online retailer at any time (and for any reason) and save on return shipping! However, if you're also hoping to get a refund or store credit on your purchase from the retailer, you'll need to make sure you follow the retailer's specific policy and procedures, including its deadlines, to qualify.
Generally speaking, you can save on return shipping to any retail website that sells consumer goods to the general public on a regular basis via the Internet. That does not include membership or cooperative buying organizations or clubs, charities, subsidized businesses, auction or classified-ad websites, or subscription rental programs. The destination for a return shipment must be a valid commercial address in the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments sent to residential addresses, P.O. boxes, or other non-commercial locations do not qualify for savings through the program.
FedEx Ground, the exclusive shipping carrier of Return Saver, will ship your package to the address on the shipping label. Just drop your shipment off at any of the more than 1,800 FedEx Office® or 5,800 FedEx Authorized ShipCenter® locations across the United States, and your package will be delivered to retailer locations in the 48 contiguous states within 1-5 business days, depending on its point of origin and final destination. Shipments sent to residential addresses, P.O. boxes, or other non-commercial locations do not qualify for savings through the program.
You and the members of your household are eligible for free shipping on virtually any return shipment. Please note that those savings apply only to FedEx Ground shipping charges. We do not offer savings on expedited delivery services, insurance coverage for the return shipment, any restocking or other fees that a retailer may apply, or any other services or features, such as declared value, surcharges, premiums, accessorial charges, or special handling fees for the return shipment. Also, please note that some retailers place shipping and other restrictions on certain products; you'll need to check the individual retailer's website to ensure that it accepts returns of your purchased product.
Also, please note that FedEx Ground does not ship any packages that exceed:
- 150 pounds in weight;
- 108 inches in length; and/or
- 165 inches in length + girth.
Just click the "Track My Packages" tab on the program website to track the status of packages you've shipped through the program. If you need to return an item by a specific date to qualify for a refund from the retailer, you can monitor your shipment every step of the way, from drop-off to delivery, to make sure it arrives within the required timeframe. We'll also send you a tracking email that will confirm that your package has shipped and provide a link through which you can track your shipment’s progress.
