Time Restrictions

You can return any item with or without a receipt at any store or by mail for original or sales price depending on the return method you choose.

Cost of Shipping

You’re responsible for return costs. If you use Carter’s pre-paid label, $6 will be deducted from your return credit.

Exchange Options

Eligible items (those not marked ‘Return by Mail only’) may be returned or exchanged at any store or by mail.

Damaged Items

Any product with a quality defect can be returned to a store (with the packing slip or printed receipt) for a full refund, or contact their Consumer Affairs department at 888-782-9548 to make arrangements to return by mail.
