FootSmart's return policy in 15 seconds or less...

  • Returns for most items can be made within 60 days of purchase.
  • Return shipping isn’t free unless you’re returning because of a FootSmart error.
  • Exchanges are available for all items.
  • Damaged or defective merchandise can be returned.

Time Restrictions

You can return most FootSmart purchases for up to 60 days from delivery date. Returns received after 60 days will be returned to you with no refund issued and a late returns processing fee may be charged.

Cost of Shipping

FootSmart does not offer free return shipping, but they’ll issue you a refund for the purchase price minus return shipping costs. Your refund will be processed within 15-21 business days and you will be refunded in your original form of payment.

Exchange Options

Making an exchange at FootSmart is free, unless you use the SmartLabel prepaid return label service. You should receive your exchange within 15-20 business days.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact their customer service department at 1-800-707-9928.
